Client Details  Banking Sector  Position Title  Deputy Risk Head  Department / Division  Risk  Principle Accountabilities  ?  To manage the entire range of planned or potential risk.   ? To  define  policies  and forecast risk (planned and unplanned)  related to  administration, operations, review,  verification,  portfolio analysis etc.     ?  Coordination with FMU, IT, FINCON, Product, Outreach and  Business for the purpose of managing information, improving  risk administration process and designing policies for reducing  risks.   ? To  lead the  Review Credit Committee. The  position will  supervise  original approval cases for all branches where the  branch manager does not have sufficient limit for the  transactions or where the branch manager as yet does not have a  limit  ?  To implement and supervise a dynamic branch approval quality  control process  which  will include Risk Admin staff visiting  branches for spot reviews as well as visit to customers  ? To provide branches with relevant feed back on their process  with clear outline of areas needing improvement.
