Eid Mubarak to you & your families!

PPW has arranged fun filled Eid Milan for the whole family. Note & reserve the day in your calender and be there with family & friends to have loads of fun, win loads of prizes and have a great dinner. The function will be graced by Ambassador and Consul General Of Pakistan.

Event Date: Friday, September 16, 2011

Venue: Dalma Ball Room (4th floor) Gloria Hotel, Media City (Free valet parking available. Parking also available on 4th floor next to Dalma Hall)

Program is as follows:

7.00 PM: Gathering & registration

7.30 PM: Tilawat-e-Quran Pak.

7.35 PM: Welcome Address

7.45 PM: Early Bird Raffle Draw (Be in time to win fantastic prizes)

7.55 PM: Presentation by "I Care"

8.30 PM: Fancy dress competition (Open to Children from 3 to 6 years of age)

8.55 PM: Prize distribution for winners of fancy Dress

9.00 PM: Quiz Time

9.15 PM: Karaoke singing competition - Open to all amateur singers (including bathroom singers) with Prizes for Best Male & Female singer.

Though we have a list of about 2000 songs in our collection, we request all interested singers to forward their names with name of song.

10.00 PM: Dinner

10.30 PM: Second Raffle Draw

10.40 PM: Prize Distribution Singing Competition

10.50 PM: TAMBOLA

Final Event of the day will be The Grand Raffle Draw, which will be after the Tombola

Guests are welcome: Adults- AED 130/ per person.

Children over 6 years but under 12 years will be charged AED 70 per child.

Children under 6 years- No charge

We would request all members to please bring their respective membership fee Cheques for the year 2011-2012 (AED 1500 for married members and AED 1000 for Singles).

Those who have not renewed membership for 2010-2011 will be charged above stated guest fee.

All with guests are requested to please bring exact amount payable as guest fee(s).
